I'm definitely a cooking rookie so I was a bit apprehensive making this but man! It's very easy & very delicious. I put in a few extra bouillon cubes to make it a bit stronger. Deeelicious!

    Soups on!!!

    Scott from Nanaimo B.C.

I love this soup. I had to use mozzerella cheese, but I prefer that over swiss anyhow. I also used ceaser salad crutons instead of toast, and would highly recomend giving that a try.
