Frozen Mocha Bars

Ingredients

1 1/2 quarts light vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ CLÁSICO Decaf Pure Instant Decaffeinated Coffee Granules
4 tablespoons baking cocoa powder
10 (3 to 4 ounces each) paper cups
10 wooden craft sticks

 

Directions

PLACE ice cream in medium bowl; let stand for 10 minutes or until slightly softened.

COMBINE water and coffee granules in small bowl; stir until coffee is dissolved. Add coffee mixture and baking cocoa to ice cream; stir quickly just until blended. Spoon mixture evenly into paper cups. Place cups in freezer for 1 hour or until partially frozen. Place wooden sticks into cups and freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Peel back paper from cups before serving.
