Fruit & Cream-Filled Crêpes are a healthy and colorful dessert or snack option. The grated orange and cream cheese adds great flavors to this fruity delight.
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) reduced-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA FAT FREE Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 4 cups sliced fruit and berries
- 10 premade crêpes
PLACE cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and orange peel in blender; cover. Blend
until smooth. Spoon a scant 1/3 cup cream filling down center of each crêpe. Top with
generous 1/3 cup fruit. Fold in half.
