Fruit & Cream Pie

Ingredients

1 envelope (7 grams) unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 can (14 ounces) NESTLÉ LA LECHERA FAT FREE Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 prepared 9-inch (6 ounces) graham cracker crust
2 cups sliced strawberries and kiwifruit

 

Directions

SPRINKLE gelatin over water in small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds or until dissolved. Combine sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, gelatin mixture and lemon juice in medium bowl. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Arrange fruit over filling.
