I have used this recipe for about 6 years now, and i cant seem to keep 1 pan of these brownies around. Also, If you wanna try something different, head down to your local coffee shop and pick up a double shot of espresso and substitute that plus 1 spoon extra flour for your water.Do that and your brownies will disappear even faster.

I made these brownies for our family and another family in our church and everyone loved them. My family was amazed at how moist they turned out. I omitted the nuts, though, since one of our friends has a nut allergy, but it didn't detract from the overall great taste of the brownies.

    Lynne Latella from PATTERSONVILLE, NY

I made these brownies for a benefit supper and they received favorable comments. They are chocolatey, but not as thick as I thought they would be. They are a good basic brownie, and would be a good base on which to spread a frosting or rocky road topping.

I loved them. These were so easy to make. I will admit, the 1st time I baked them, I switched the flour and sugar amount, so they didn't turn out so good, but then I realized what I had done. So I have to say, if you read the directions correctly, they are easy to make and delicious!
