Try sprinkling the fritters with powdered sugar, or dipping in maple syrup. Delicious!

    Great Snack

It was very easy to prepare, and my husband just loved this. It was best when served warm. I didn't have salsa but served with spaghetti sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

    Family-Friendly

I too used the creamed corn variation, and I added a little shredded cheddar cheese to the mix. Very easy to make, and the family really liked them. However, I thought they were a little bland. Next time I'm also going to add some chili powder or taco seasoning to the batter.

    Golden Corn Fritters

We really enjoyed these. I doubled the recipe, used a can of cream corn instead of the Stouffer's Corn Souffle, really turned out good!!!!
