Gooey Baby Ruth Brownies

Ingredients

1 package (18.25 ounces) chocolate brownie mix
3 (2.1 ounces each) NESTLÉ BABY RUTH Candy Bars, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons milk

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

PREPARE brownie batter according to package directions; stir in chopped Baby Ruth. Pour into prepared pan.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in small mixer bowl until smooth. Beat in egg and milk. Using knife or spatula, swirl cream cheese mixture into brownie batter to create a marbling effect.

BAKE for 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars using wet knife

    We love brownies but not w/ nuts !!!!!!!! so I substituted MILKY WAY bars for the BABY RUTH'S. It was so moist and rich. You HAVE to have milk on hand !!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me these brownies did'nt last a day in my house w/ my husband (who only got 1 !) and 16 yr old son and 8 yr old daughter !!!!!!! THIS IS A KEEPER! WE will be making them again, SOON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
