Fall is officially here
My family loves these cookies. It has been a tradition to make these when fall rolls around, so it just doesn't feel like fall unless we've made them. I love that they are soft and chewy. They are also really wonderful with chocolate chips in them. I used to (and still) love making them pumpkin shaped and decorating them like jack-o-lanterns with candy corn teeth. I plan to carry on this tradition when I have children of my own.
Fun and healthy
These cookies were so easy to make. And with the oats and pumpkin, they are good for you. They were a big hit at Christmas this year.
Little pumpkin flavor
This is a very easy, good cookie but it has very little "pumpkin" flavor. The second batch I made I added about 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and it made all the difference in the world.
This recipe was so easy! I am sending a couple in my sons lunch. I am definately making them for the Thanksgiving Holiday!
FALL FAVORITE ALL YEAR LONG!

KIDS ALWAYS WILL ASK FOR THIS COOKIE IF YOU ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS IT CAN EASILY COMPETE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPES! EASY AND DELICIOUS;THANKS FOR THIS....YET ANOTHER, GREAT RECIPE I WILL USE OVER AND OVER!
