Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
1 packet (2.29 ounces) MAGGI Creamy Mushroom Soup Mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 box (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
MIX milk and mushroom soup mix in small bowl; set aside.
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until onion is tender and liquid from mushrooms has evaporated. Add green beans and soup mixture; stir well. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook for 10 minutes; uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
