    Wonderful!

    Andrea Jagh from PA

My husband loves this recipe, as does the entire family. The only change I made was using dijon mustard instead of regular. It turned out fantastic! (My husband usually dislikes pork chops in any form, but he loved these!)

Not as good as it looks!

    Faith from Buffalo, MO

This was okay. The mustard over took all the other flavors. I think if you want to try this you should cut the mustard way down.

Great tasting final product. I was worried at first. It is very strong. But once it is bbq'd, it is great.

My family loved this recipe. I also made it without the tea b/c I did not have any. But I am anxious to try it with the tea and to try it on chicken too.

    This is GREAT!

    Patti Jo Lougee from

I was tired of plain old chops... I gave this recipe a try and it is GREAT!! Instead of grilling or broiling the chops I fried them on the stovetop along with the sauce. Reserved about 1/2 a cup and added a bit of cornstarch to it.. Then added it to the pan drippings and made a gravy to top the chops. Great with salt potatoes also dipped in the gravy! Give it a try!!!
