- 1 cup 2% milk
- 4 to 5 tablespoons Hazelnut Latte Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
- 3 tablespoons ground espresso or other dark roast ground coffee
- 2 to 4 tablespoons NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
PLACE milk, Coffee-mate, ground espresso and morsels in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes or until chocolate has melted and ingredients are well blended.
COOL mixture and strain into blender; add ice. Blend until smooth.
