Mmm Mmm Delicious!

 Star(s)

GEORGINA CABRERA from Long Beach, CA

I grew drinking this deliciousness--[It is a very popular beverage in the Dominican Republic.]-- GREAT for satisfying that sweet tooth. For those of you familiar with an "Orange Bang" or IHOP's "Orange Freeze", THAT'S what it tastes like! It is YUMMY! :-)

Different twist to the morning wake up drink. I don't drink OJ because of the acid but with the evaporated milk & ice, it wasn't a problem!

    HEAVENLY PICK-UP

    Ann Novick from NASHUA, NH

Just the thing to refresh & nourish after,or as a break, in a day of outdoor work/play. Reminds me of a beverage sold in a small shop, in our mall 25 years ago. They're now gone but not my desire for their REFRESHING TREAT! Preparation is Is EASY enough; to allow trying variations(just like the store @ the mall): lemonade; pineapple juice,Tropical punch pomegranate or grape juice, *****THE POSIBILITIES are nearly endless; so getting tired of this is "nearly impossible".And by making it myself, at home, it's also affordablew/ ingredients usually right in my pantry. *****I like them all best w/one tsp. of "pure" vanilla extract whipped in, w/ whatever juice/punch, I've chosen.

    "a ravishing dream"

    Sudha Hariharan from Markham, ON

I just used honey insted of sugar and the moment my husband had a sip of it, was so excited that he exclaimed, from where on earth did you find out to make this superb drink? For me, it was a truly ravishing dream which I will never forget. Thanks, Nestle.

Made this drink for a brunch we had over the weekend. I used orange-pineapple juice instead of the orange juice in the recipe and got rave reviews. There are endless possibilities using the basic recipe and changing the type of juice used. Another favorite for my recipe file.

This drink is fabulous and so easy to make. Very refreshing. Tried it on my husband who doesn't do "different" drinks and he loved it. I used Splenda instead of sugar and it was great as well as good for you.

    Orange Julius

    Jennifer Smith from GASTON, IN

I just got the recipe for this about 2-3 months ago, but it was called Orange Julius. Instead of adding the 2 c. of liquid orange juice, we froze the orange juice, it was awesome!! I have tried different juices for my kids and they LOVE them!! One of our favorites is an orange/pineapple, it is so good!! I'm glad you put this recipe in, I was going to do it myself and have not made it that far yet. This is definately a keeper in any recipe box!! :)
