Hint of Honey Pumpkin Spread

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), at room temperature
1/2 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 tablespoons honey
1 pinch ground cinnamon

 

Directions

STIR cream cheese, pumpkin, honey and cinnamon in medium bowl for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate in tightly covered container for up to 4 days. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.

SERVE with apple slices or whole-wheat crackers.

Makes about ten 2 tablespoon servings

    Great new dip.

    Very easy to make, if you follow the directions. I miss read the directions so I ended up tripling the recipe. I'm glad I did because everone loved it! I served it with graham crackers and aple slices.

    This is a really tasty spread. I made a batch and it was gone in the blink of an eye. I served it at a party with a platter of apple slices, cinnamon graham crackers and plain graham crackers. This would also be great for a kids party.
