Scratch Pie Crust

The recipe is a rather simple one. I wish she had shown how to make the fancy edges. My pies taste delicious using this recipe.

This gave me confidence to start making my own pie crusts. I did it and it turned out. For the first time in over 30 years I can now make truly homemade pies. Thank you.

It really helped me to make a flaky crust pie crust. The lady that guided me step by step was wonderful. I would review it to refresh my memory.
