Ingredients:

1 cup Peppermint Mocha Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Dark Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

HEAT Coffee-mate, morsels and water in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until hot and chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour into mugs; top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or baking cocoa and garnish with candy cane, if desired.

There is nowhere to comment on the creamer itself but just want to say THANK YOU so much for making Peppermint Mocha available year round. I always buy about TEN bottles when it is available and freeze it if necessary b/c I love it SO much! May I say I also have coworkers that do the same with Pumpkin Spice (which tends to sell out quickly as well). I would suggest at least offering the latter during cold weather months - I know it would sell in our area anyway. Thanks again, good business decision ;)

This recipe is delicious! To dress it up for a party, pour it in a holiday mug. Then, add a shot of peppermint schnapps and top it off with a mound of Reddi Whip. Lastly, sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top and add a candy cane as a stirrer. So festive and decadent, it can serve as dessert:) Enjoy!
