Ice Cream & Candy Bar Pie

Ingredients

1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
1 (6 to 8 oz.) 9-inch cookie crumb crust
4 (1.55 oz each) NESTLÉ CRUNCH Candy Bar, chopped, divided
1 pint vanilla ice cream
NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Syrup

 

Directions

SPREAD chocolate ice cream into crust. Sprinkle with half of the chopped candy bars; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 1 hour.

REMOVE vanilla ice cream from freezer to soften for 10 minutes. Spoon ice cream over chopped candy bars, forming a mound. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped candy bars; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 1 hour.

DRIZZLE Nesquik over top of pie. Cut pie into wedges.

    So quick & easy, but so delicious. I experimented a little and used Dutch chocolate on the bottom layer and Ben & Jerry's Everything but the.... for the top layer and it was wonderful. Brought it to work for a Birthday party and everyone loved it. Definitely a keeper.

    Mmmmmmmmmm!!! This ice-cream cake is so simple and easy to make. I used it for my sisters 8th birthday party and the kids loved it. When you put the vanilla layer on, smooth it with a spatula and add decorative icing!
