    Ice-cream Cookiewich Party!

    Marie DeAngelis from Sunrise, FL

These are great! not only are they better than store-bought, cookie ice-cream sandwiches, you can really "customise them with your favorite cookie and flavor of ice cream. I did an ice-cream sandwich "Cookie Bar" for a "Feels like Summer Party" offering a variety of prebaked cookie/brownies several favorite flavors of ice creams, let everyone make their own; wrap them in plastic wrap, marked with their initials, we had time to socialize, then served the treats...I'm doing it again for Memorial Day Weekend guests! everyone just LOVED this!

    halloween idea

    christina cropper from hollywood, MD

I bought a package of the halloween cut out pumpkin cookies from the store the other day. I was trying to be creative for my 2 year old and get her into the halloween spirit. I thought, how cool, I can make ice cream sandwiches and use pumpkin ice cream for the middle, and roll them in some holiday candy. Super quick and easy, even for toddlers!!!!!
