Ingredients:

1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
4 to 5 teaspoons NESCAFÉ CLASICO Instant Coffee Granules
3 teaspoons granulated sugar
Ice cubes

Directions:

COMBINE evaporated milk, coffee granules and sugar in 2-cup glass measure. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir well. Pour over ice cubes.

Nestle truly makes the very best! I simply adore this iced coffee recipe. It's easy to make and made with simple ingredients that most of us have in our pantry. This recipe is comparable to the iced coffee sold at McDonalds, Starbucks and Vanilla Bean. If you would like a hint of flavouring, just add vanilla, hazelnut oil or nestle chocolate syrup. Once you try this recipe and see how easy it is to make, you'll stop paying £2.50 for an iced latte at a coffee shop. Hint: Double your recipe to keep on hand for the entire week or for unexpected guests. What you don't use, you can freeze it. After thawing, add a bit more nescafe to liven it up. It is good to drink it by your self or sharing it with someone else, but most importantly is that it could be make easily without having to go to buy it. It could be served with ice in a hot summer day or be served warm in a winter day.

This is a very good, cool treat. I sometimes freeze leftover coffee and use that. I do prefer the ice to be included in the blender since it makes a thicker drink, but this is still a quick, tasty treat!

Want to try making it for my garden paty this spring. Using Carnation canned milk makes it easy to have when I want to, which I admit is very often, now that I have tried the recipe.
