This Iced Espresso is a quick and delicious instant cold version of a classic espresso. This one will perk you up and is great for a quick and refreshing summertime treat.
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 4 teaspoons NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE French Roast 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
- 3 to 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water
- Lemon slice (optional)
COMBINE hot water and coffee granules in tall glass; stir until coffee is dissolved. Add sugar; stir until dissolved. Fill glass with ice. Pour cold water over ice; stir to combine. Garnish with lemon slice.

I'm a member of the NTC Community, and this is a great recipe for a hot summer afternoon. I like to change it up and cut back on calories by using Splenda instead of sugar. ;)
