Iced Horchatas are a contemporary spin on a classic Mexican and Spanish summer beverage. This delightfully refreshing version features rice, cinnamon and Coffee-mate. It is a great make-ahead beverage for entertaining or special family treats.

- 1 cup white rice, rinsed and drained
- 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Original NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE Liquid Coffee Creamer
- Ice cubes
- Ground cinnamon

I can't wait to try this! Horchata is something decadent that I think will be truly enhanced by using coffeemate.
