4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced

As a member of Juicy Juice's Juicy Bunch, we made these pies last holiday season. They are delicious and so pretty to look at. Perfect kid-size, and perfect adult size!

I have such a hard time getting my daughter to eat anything other than junk food. This seemed like a nice compromise. The got to eat some tasty pie and I got her to eat some healthy fruit. I loved the taste too. I want to try using other types of fruit as well.
