I made these for a company picnic and they were devoured! This is the perfect easy recipe for summer time.

Delicious either way you make it

Steph G from Cottage Grove, MN

I've made this recipe on the stove several times over the years, but finally decided to try the microwave version, since it's one of my favorite bar recipes. The taste was still amazing and the cleanup was a little easier also. I'll continue to make these again and again! Be sure to have enough people around you to eat within three days, though, as it doesn't keep after that. Enjoy!

Indoor smores make them cry for more!

Amy Weinberg from Pembroke Pines, FL

I brought Indoor Smores to a 4th of July BBQ and they disappeared so quickly, everyone wanted more! They are VERY sweet and gooey but kids and adults couldn't get enough. I made 2 batches, using the optional corn syrup to make the syrup more liquidy, and left them lumpy (as opposed to bar-shaped). I thought they looked more "user- friendly" and "camp-y" that way. I guess it didn't matter how they looked, once people tasted them, they definitely wanted S'MORE!!!

    Totally addctive!

    Michele Kunkel from OREGON, MO

My 16 year old son says these are so good that they are "totally addictive". My mother-in -law also asked for the receipe to make for residents at the care center for a special activity and food day.

I just got done making them. The taste i had was yummy. The only thing I would do diff. next time would be to grease the bowl a little. The marshmallow mixture stuck to the bowl and was hard to scrape out.

Mu daughter made these over the weekend and what a hit they were. They lasted only 2 days. They were easy to make, but make sure you crunch the graham cracker cookies into small pieces. They are as close to a smore as your gonna get without a campfire.
