Tasty kalamata olives, artichoke hearts and pepperoni add great dimension to this Italian Antipasta Cold Salad.
- 1 package (20 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini, prepared according to package directions
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 3/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1 jar (7.5 ounces) artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices, quartered
- 2 tablespoons light Italian salad dressing
COMBINE pasta, tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts, pepperoni and salad dressing in large serving bowl; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.
