    Quick & tasty w/ revisions

    Molly from St. Joseph, MO

I thought this recipe was very tasty & easy! I marinated the chicken for an hour, then after I put it into the baking dish, I sprinkled parmesan cheese on top. Then, I baked it as directed. For the pasta, I knew it would need something, so I bought a jar of garlic alfredo sauce and put it in with the pasta. I served the pasta in a bowl with a chicken breast sliced up on top. VERY easy and VERY fast dinner! Will DEFINITLEY make it again!

Chicken was tasty but meal dry

    Colleen from Edgewood, WA

Even before I put this meal together I knew it was going to need more liquid to keep the pasta from drying out the the whole meal. Next time I make it will not throw out the marinade but will boil the marinade's raw chicken juices to keep from contaminating the dish and add chicken broth to pour over noodles. The chicken was very flavorful but the meal as a whole left something to be desired because the pasta had no taste.

    Excellent!

    Lori from New Lebanon, OH

This was wonderful! I had more than 4 chicken breasts so that I would have lunch leftovers, so I doubled the oil. I also added just a sprinkle or two each of Parsley, Basil & Oregano. I also used a boxed Pasta Roni -- Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs -- and green beans for a DELICIOUS meal. My husband's tummy was very happy!

    I cant believe how easy

    Krystin Preuss from Salem, Wisconsin

I am amazed how little time you need to make this dinner. My family loves chicken so I wanted to try something different for once and boy did i find a keeper. My husband said "i could eat this every night" thats how good it is. One note to add: i marinate mine for the full half hour or more the flavor really sets in to its fullest then.

    PERFECTION

Faith McCoy from Baton Rouge, LA

I'm only 13 years old and decided tp prepare my first dish for my family. I chose this recipe and it was wonderful. My dad is a very picky eater and he loved it. I used Cheese Creations Alfredo Sauce on the pasta to add extra flavor. The only thing that needed to be added to the chicken was a little salt. Yet by the looks of it, I will definitely be making this meal again! THANKS MEALS.COM:)

    Not the best

    yalonda from seattle, washington

The recipe was easy to make and not expensive. It just didn't have enough taste. like it was lacking something in the chicken.

    GREAT!

    KRISTEN from ERIAL, NJ

THIS RECIPE WAS INCREDIBLY EASY AND DELICIOUS. THE CHICKEN WAS TENDER AND FLAVORFUL. I TOOK PREVIOUS REVIEWS INTO CONSIDERATION AND ADDED ALFREDO SAUCE (SEE RECIPE ON MEALS.COM) TO THE FETTUCCINE. MY BOYFRIEND RAVED!!!!!!

Not worth the time and effort

I do not recommend this dish. For the time it took to prepare the dish and cook it, I could of prepared and cooked two dishes with 10 times the flavor of this dish. The noodles are dry and need a sauce, and even after adding a marinara sauce, the chicken was still not as flavorful as I had hoped. I will not prepare this dish again.

    Great flavor!

    Melissa from

I really enjoyed this recipe. The chicken turned out very moist, with a wonderful flavor. I agree that sauce would compliment the pasta nicely (it was a little dry, especially upon reheating), and next time I will try adding some.

    Tastes great!

    Leslie Parrish from Austin, Texas

I really liked this dinner, especially the chicken. It was very moist and flavorful with the marinade. What I didn't like about it was that there wasn't a sauce for the pasta. I don't usually eat sauceless pasta, so to remedy this, I just put a little of the leftover marinade on the fettuccine and sprinkled a bit more italian seasoning and it was great. Thanks!

    Very good and easy!

I fixed this last night for a dinner party, and everyone really liked it. It was very easy to prepare. I didn't have fettuccine, so I substituted garlic and herb rice. Nice combo.

    Yummy and easy.

    MizPeachie from

This was a very yummy and easy dish to make. I read a couple of reviews in regards to adding an alfredo sauce to it. If you want to keep the dish a little lighter but more flavorful, use a different flavor of fettuccine. I used a garlic herb fettuccine and it definitely boosted the taste a bunch. :)

    Feels like Italy to me!!

    Wendy from Toronto Canada

Tried this recipe and our family loved it but I increased the garlic to 2 Tbsp. and added sauted portabello mushrooms (cap only and cleaned out the guilles). I also added dried Oregano instead of Italian Seasonings and added 1/4 - 1/2 cup light cream which created a light cream sauce with half the calories of a traditional Fetuccini sauce. (You don't have to guille the mushrooms, but it you leave them in, it'll make the sauce somewhat grey looking).

    Great chicken, decent pasta

Eric Raines from Colorado Springs, CO

The chicken came out absolutely delicious, tried the fresh grated parmesan over the pasta which helped the dish a bit, but pasta is still a bit bland on it's own. Next time will try with a nice alfredo sauce.

I tried it once without the original recipe and I felt that it tasted kind of...blah. I then tried it with alfredo sauce and it was great. Good recipe on it's own, GREAT recipe with alfredo sauce!

    Excellent recipe

    Kim Hardwick from Buford, GA

This recipe was a big hit the night I cooked it. It turned out great. I did add some parmesan cheese to it and I think that made the recipe...i put the parmesan on the noodles and then put the chicken on top. Excellent Recipe.

I put the chicken over some fetticcine alfredo. It was a wonderful main course.
