    A Family Affair

    Kymberly Armstrong from Petersburg, VA

Last night my daughters and I made these very light melt in your mouth cookies. It was fun, quick, and very easy for young children to help with this recipe. Be careful during the last two minutes depending on your type of oven (electric ovens tempertures sometimes tend to go up and down--gas ovens keeps temp. but can bake quicker). This recipe is for any season- like the right now season! smile!

I made these three times now. Great recipe, very easy, but don't forget the salt or they end up tasting too soda-y, trust me on this one. :)
