Perfect Cookies!

 Star(s)

Anna Ginsberg from Austin, TX

These baked up big, fat, moist and delicious. I used a combination of butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and white chips plus a handful of mini chocolate sandwich cookies. These were so handsome and tasty that I think they'd make excellent individually wrapped teacher gifts.

    These are divine!

    Lisa Lombardo from Turnersville, NJ

All I can say is...these cookies are SO GOOD!! I love the fact that they did not go flat. They stayed chewy, which is the perfect quality in a chocolate chip cookie to me. I love the 3 different chips, but I also would love to try them with semi-sweet, peanut butter and white chips, like some reviews that I read. I substituted a cup of whole wheat pastry flour and they tasted delicious. No one even knew! This recipe is being added to my cookie file, and thanks to all who reviewed because it makes a difference to me! I am almost NEVER disappointed with any recipe I find on this wonderful site!!! Enjoy these, but I don't think they will last long in your kitchen!

    The Best

    MARY ALLISON from York, PA

These are absolutely the best chocolate chip cookies I ever baked. I sent some along with my husband, who is a college instructor, to his freshman orientation luncheon. I got a written thank you signed by every student. One even "sneaked" some home for his siblings- a real compliment to both Nestle and me.

These are defintely jumbo...and i also made a couple small ones. These came out close to perfect...they didnt get to puffy...gooey...or crunchy. I added a little more chips than the recipe called for and they were great! big hit!

I really liked the way these cookies baked up. So many cookie recipes spread and don't hold their shape. I made these the day my son came home from collage, he said they were wonderful. Naturally he had to take some back with him.

Excellent recipe - Makes a large amount. these can be frozen and placed in zip lock freezer bags. take out rolls of dough as you need for a warm and fuzzy treat. Makes the treats last longer than just a day or 2.

    best cookie i ever had

    kim mackrith from winkler, MB

i really loved the texture of this cookie. but i didn't like the idea of using semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. so instead of semi sweet i used peanut butter, milk chocolate and white. the peanut butter gives the cookie a really nice flavor. i recommend that u use different chips. cuz then it really is three chip cookie

Mary Dempster from Huntington Beach, CA

I love this recipe and it has such versatility. I made a batch exactly as the recipe - except I used pecans. I made another batch using milk choc.chips, semi sweet chips and dark choc.chips. and oh both were so good. I also made them about half size and found that satisfied most of my crew. If not, they came back for more. I will use this a lot - especially coming to Christmas. Thank you.

Just a suggestion.. Melt your butter, just until chunks of butter remain.. I do mine in the microwave on 60% power.. Then add the sugars and continue as told.. I also add an extra egg yolk to the mixture.. Chill the dough for about an hour, since you started with melted butter..
