Lee's chocolate, chocolate chip, peanut butter and
I made these this week for my husband to take to work. I used what I had on hand..pistachios and a bag of the white and semi-sweet Nestle swirled morsels. The cookies turned out excellent and the best comments came from one of my husband's co-workers who wants me to open a bakery! Great tasting cookie for chocoholics!
lee's chocolate. chocolate chip. peanut butter and
these cookies are great!! they satisfy everyone with every bite. These maybe my very favorite cookie..
Used peanut butter baking pieces instead of chips and nuts worked great.
I made these cookies for a work 'snack' day (employees are asked to donate to a select cause - relay for life, juvenile diabetes, etc. - for unlimited snacking). They seemed quite popular. I happened to have macadamia nuts on hand, and I love chocolate and peanut butter. I thought it could have had a stronger peanut butter flavor, but otherwise they were quite tasty.
