I baked these for Christmas using the Nestle's white chocolate swirl morsels. The red and green added a festive touch to these yummy treats. Subtle lemon taste added just the right contrast to the white chips.

I made these cookies for my brother during Christmas. They were pretty good, but I was a little disappointed with them. I thought that they should have tasted a little more "lemony". Next time I'm going to add more lemon juice.

    Tasty

    Joyce Pillitteri from JACKSONVILLE, FL

I made these for the first time eventhough they have been in my recipe box for a long time. I was making cookies for a friend and she loved them. I used cashews the next time I think I will try almonds.

  • Star(s)

    Pretty good

    KATHY MOBERG from SALINE, MI

These were pretty good. Very easy. The best thing about them is that they are something different, with the lemon and white chips. I used the peel from an entire large lemon rather than bothering to measure it. I thought the lemon flavor was a proper strength. I used walnuts, and would use them again.

  • Star(s)

    Excellent cookie

    Kristen Manuel from ERIE, PA

These cookies are refreshingly different, and are very tasty. The lemon flavor is very mild, so I added some extra, but otherwise this recipe was very good. My husband and I are having trouble staying out of them!

    Just a Hint of Lemon

I couldn't belive how easy these cookie were to make. I made them to try a new dessert for Thanksgiving. I used cashew instead of the walnuts and they turn out great. My nephew who is a picky eater loved them. He had six of them. My sister loved them also and I gave her the recipe. Thanks again for a wonderful recipe.

    Lemon Nut White Chip Cookies

    Joan Bruss from STROUDSBURG, PA

I made these once before and my husband does not like nuts so I made half the recipe with cashews and left the other half plain for him. He really liked the cookies and thought they were different. He is fussy about his cookies, likes them soft and moist too. Having company this week-end so I am going to make them again, of course, no nuts for my husband.

These cookies were delicious! My husband said they were the best cookies he has ever had, and to please add them to the list of cookies we give out at Christmas! My hint: do not let the cookies cool for the full 3 minutes on the cookie sheet, or they will stick and crumble!

    Too many chips!

JULIA FAMULARO from COLD SPRING, NY

These cookies had too many chips for the amount of cookie dough for my taste, but others loved them. I accidentally overbaked one pan, and actually liked them better than the recipe recommendation for bake time.
