This Lime-Sauced Chicken dish is simple to make and has a delicious sauce.
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 4 (about 1 1/4 pounds total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 cup Apple NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® 100% Juice
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon MAGGI Instant Chicken Flavor Bouillon

COMBINE Juicy Juice, lime juice, cornstarch and bouillon in small bowl. Add to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until thick. Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.

This is really good AND EASY TO MAKE
I have 4 very picky kids and ALL of them love this dish! It is so easy to make and I usually follow the recipe to the T.
Have made it twice now, for two different boyfriends, and this remains my favorite meal, the sauce is so good!!! and even is pretty yummy mixed in with mashed potatoes, will make it many more times!!!
Had to throw sauce away!!
Absolutely the worst recipe i have gotten off this site, and i have been very pleased so far. The chicken was fine, but the sauce was horrible. I took other reviewers advice on dipping chicken in sauce, still horrible. I did everything i could think of to make the sauce taste better, but had to through it away. I ended up covering the chicken with BBQ sauce.

This is a good recipe, but for added flavor to the chicken as a suggestion, add a little lemon pepper to the chicken before frying. it gives it a little more kick with the sweet flavor of the sauce.
