My picky kids & I liked it

    arline sprau from

Among my 6 picky kids I have 1 that doesn't like peas, 2 that don't like Parmesan cheese, 1 that doesn't like evaporated milk & 1 that doesn't like eggs. I liked how easy to make the recipe sounded, so I made it anyway, an surprise! All ate it; and all liked it, a fairy tale happy ending.

This is an Italian recipe from Rome. There are only two ingredients in this recipe that are the same as the original recipe from Rome. I feel that recipes should not be changed and stay as original as possible, so that people from all over the world can enjoy the real thing.

if its a little to bland, why not add a little something to it.add ground pepper instead of bell pepper. and also add some garlic
