This easy to make and delicious Linguine with Portabellos and Parmesan dish is sure to be an immediate hit with the mushroom lovers in your family.
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) BUITONI Refrigerated All Natural Linguine, cooked, drained, kept warm
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 2 cups sliced fresh portabello mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook, stirring occasionally until tender. Stir in milk.
ADD linguine to mushroom mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.

This tasted really buttery, and it was not as saucy as I expected. I will probably try it again and add some more spices. I did try one serving with a tsp of pesto, and it was really good.
