    Better Liver with Onions

Maria Arteaga from San Juan PR

I have a better recipe. Marinate the 4 livers with 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup vinegar, 2 teaspoons of garlic, salt and if you want, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Add 2 mediun onions in rings. Let them marinate for no less than two hours. In a big pan at medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and saute the onions, then, add the liver and cook in med/low until the livers are cook. Eat with white rice and enjoy!
