My 20 yr. grandson is into cooking. I saw this recipe and thought it was something he'd like to try. He made it for his roommates(they loved it.) He then made it for Thanksgiving for the family. It has now become known as Chad's Potatoes and has been requested several times. I highly reccommend.

    Yummy potatoes!!

    Karen Fabian from Vestal, NY

This recipe has now taken over any other potato recipe in my house! I always made "standard" twice baked potatoes for holiday meals, which were great, but nothing compared to these. I made these for Christmas dinner and everyone raved! The recipe is very easy and quick, and reheated nicely after making it the night before. My picky eaters and guests, 2 teenage sons and 3 & 6 year old niece and nephew, couldn't stop eating them! My niece now refers to them as "yummies" and wants her mom to make them every night for dinner! You can't go wrong with this recipe!
