- 1 package (40 oz.) STOUFFER'S Macaroni & Cheese, prepared according to package directions
- 1 1/2 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey
- 1 cup canned Italian seasoned tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
COMBINE macaroni and cheese, chicken, tomatoes, bell pepper and onion in 2-quart baking dish.
BROIL until top is golden brown.

This may look a bit different from the original one, but I just made some small changes. First of all chopped onion is boiled in coconut oil till its brown.then I added pepper, salt and then the macaroni, chicken and the rest. In addition to this I also added noodles,a s my son does not like macaroni much. Surprisingly, my son finished his meal completely for the first time in his life. Altogether this was a different experience and the dish was yummy.
