After a hard day at work, settle down with a hot bowl of this Macaroni and Cheese Goulash and you will see why they call it comfort food. This easy-to-make main dish is ready in less than 30 minutes, too.
- 1 package (12-oz.) STOUFFER'S Macaroni & Cheese, defrosted*
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup smoke flavor barbecue sauce
Cook beef, onion, garlic salt and pepper until beef is no longer pink. Add macaroni and cheese, barbecue sauce and ketchup. Cook over low heat until heated through.
*DEFROST on 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes.

I made this & figured my family wouldn't like it. They loved it. My husband liked it better than his mom's goulash! Very easy & quick & has lots of flavor. We had it with biscuits & canned corn & it was a very good meal.
