    Kicked It A Notch!

    Inga from Atanta,GA

I was unsure of this recipe from the start but because it was sooo easy and I had all the ingredients already, I wanted to give it a shot. The idea of cooking with ketchup was not thrilling but I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I’m originally from the islands, so we often add pepper sauce (hot sauce) to our meals after it is plated. I choose to add some but my husband did not. As I scrumptiously enjoyed my meal I asked him what he thought, and he said it was ok. I offered him the pepper sauce and it kicked it up a notch, he loved it!

This was so easy to make!!!

    Erin Hungerford from

My husband and I loved this dish and it was so easy to make. The only thing I did different to it was, like other people, I added about half of the BBque sauce. Great for families on the go.!!

one more box plus extras to make it special!!!

    susie l from

It was tasty. But i added one more box of the mac and cheese, ( 12 ozs ) it seemed too little for a pound of meat. I also added 1 teas of real garlic to the browned meat, and 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 can of diced tomatoes. I put it in a cassorole dish, and bake for 20 minutes, And then added 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar on top. It was really good. !!!!

If you like BBQ sauce you will LOVE it. I would recommend a touch of BBQ sauce if your not a lover of BBQ sauce.

    A lot less BBQ SAUCE!!!

    Cara from Montrose, CO

This stuff was alright, but before they summited it they should have tasted it!! maybe like half of the BBQ sauce they said, then it would have been good. But it's easy and would be great with a lot less bbq sauce.

Excellence with a little less and more

    Angela from Michigan

My family liked it. But the second time I made it, I used a little less BBQ sauce and more pepper and it tasted excellent! Thanks!

    Too Much Bar-B-Que Sauce

    Maria from

I made what the receipe called for and it was not that great at all. It had too much of the bar-b-que sauce taste more than anything. I will not be making this again.

    Nothing Special

    Bonnie Teran from

My Husband and I tried this recipe, and thought it was okay... nothing special and probably nothing we'd have again unless we didn't feel like going shopping. This recipe's good for making when there's not much in the cupboard.

    Good Goulash!

    Ally from

My father called at 4:30 to say he'd be over at 7 for dinner and I was completely unprepared! I made this with things I had around the house and we gobbled it up! I added a little extra pepper to spice it up, but otherwise it was delicious.

I made this & figured my family wouldn't like it. They loved it. My husband liked it better than his mom's goulash! Very easy & quick & has lots of flavor. We had it with biscuits & canned corn & it was a very good meal.

Haven't tried it yet, think I know what's wrong

    Stacy from

I haven't tried the recipe yet, but when I read the ingredients I saw that what I thought was tomato sauce was BBQ sauce. I am going to try it, but with tomato sauce & I'll let everyone know how it came out.

Sorry, this was not a hit with my family.. My kids usually love pastas and food like this, but it wasn't very good. There was something about the flavor that just did not seem to taste right.
