Mango Lassi gets its inspiration from a popular yogurt drink in India. Ready in just 5 minutes, this blender-made beverage is refreshing.


  • 1 can (11.5 fl. oz.) mango nectar, chilled
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried mint, or 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin, (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

PLACE nectar, yogurt, mint, cumin and salt in blender; cover. Blend until combined.
