    Beyond tasty

    Toki N. from San Francisco

Ive just recently started getting into eating whole wheat since my wife talked me into switching to keep our son healthier. I was skeptical at first, but dishes like this make me hardly even notice the change. The dish was healthy and tasty and following tips from another article here, I even got my son involved in choosing the recipe and helping to make it, so when it was ready he enjoyed eating it too. Which is amazing, because normally he is such a picky eater. I definitely recommend trying this one out if you are a pasta love like us.

    Our weekend favorite!

I like to at least double the other ingredients to the one package of tortellini to lighten it up!

I made this salad exactly as described with an addition of a few sauteed mushrooms. Super easy and fast and my husband said that it was his favorite meal he had EVER eaten. Thanks Buitoni!

Mediterranean Three Cheese Tortellini and Shrimp S

    Antoine Williams from Pensacola, Florida

I substituted Three Cheese Tortellini for the whole wheat tortellini. I had been looking for a good salad recipe with shrimps, cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese as these are the ingredients in my favorite Greek salad served at "Route 66" restaurant in Pensacola, Florida. I must say this recipe turned out so good and was so easy; I will now use it to continue to make my own Greek Shrimp Salad instead of going to "Route 66". The "Three Cheese Tortellini really gave the salad a great taste and my children and their friends love it. The downside is, I have to make three to four times the recipe to make sure there is enough. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
