This dish is so good, I was already drooling while I was making it. I made it as a main dish, but it could easily be a side dish. I added extra salsa and corn. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Real Quick Goodie. I added Bell Pepper and it came out very tasy and colourful
I was hesitatnt to make this recipe at first ... but my whole family loved it. I added sausage ... and it made a hit! Would make it again.
An easy and delicious meal that my whole family loves! I get requests for this all the time. Serve with your favorite salsa, (doesn't have to be the recipe's kind) and you can adjust the level to your taste. For example, we like medium, but a friend of ours doesn't like spicy, so we used the mild kind. Also, put the chips on after baking so they are crunchier. You'll always come back for seconds!
I cooked this and everyone had seconds. I served with garlic bread and potatoes and corn. I also added extra salsa. Very good recipe.
