We tried this recipe because it was quick, easy and we had everything, Good Recipe, BUT! we like it a little hotter, I used a hot (locally made) salsa and added a little tomato paste to make it a little sauceier, I served it with Green Beans sautee'd in garlic butter, and mini-loaves of sour-dough bread. Family and friends thought it was wonderful!!!

I was looking through all the recipes for something fast to make for diner. I found this and thought it would be interesting. To my surprise my husband had three plates! I enjoyed it. My two year old kinda picked at it a little, but seemed to like it. I know I'll be making this easy recipe again!

I was not impressed with this at all. This just tasted like taco filling mixed with spaghetti. This is not one I'll make again.
