Mincemeat Pastries with Cream Cheese and Pecans

Ingredients

1/2 package (17.3 oz.) frozen pastry puff sheets, thawed according to package directions
6 tablespoons cream cheese, divided
3/4 cup CROSSE & BLACKWELL Mincemeat, or mincemeat with rum and brandy, divided
18 whole pecan halves

 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 400° F.

ROLL one thawed pastry sheet on lightly floured surface into 18 x 9-inch rectangle. Cut into eighteen 3-inch squares. Press squares into 3-inch muffin cups. Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese in each. Top each with 2 teaspoons mincemeat and then one pecan half.

BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden and puffed. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
