Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened

Directions:

COMBINE graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in medium bowl; stir in morsels. Press 2 1/2 cups crumb mixture evenly on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm. Spread softened ice cream evenly into pie shell. Top with remaining crumb mixture; freeze for 2 hours or until firm.

But what I did with this was buy all the low cal stuff I cound fine...splenda in stead of sugar, they have low fat gram crust...ect...and ohh so easy to make! I have to make it at least once every 2 weeks...and they have no clue it's all low cal even the ice cream.

We both love both semi-sweet mini morsels & vanilla ice cream. So, of course, we had to make this pie! The first time, we decided to make this ICE CREAM PIE. We thought we'd make it easier by buying a prepared chocpolate graham cracker crust. It saved time, yes, but we lost out on where to use the mini morsels. It was pretty good & we enjoyed the morsels, scattered over the crust (before the ice cream), mixed into the softened ice cream & scattered over the top of the ice cream filled pie. Also just eaten out of hand.It was pretty good. On a less hectic day, I re-read the recipe & made my own crust; this time following the directions precisely! AWESOME! I'll make this one again & again it's a "keeper"
