I love that these cookies are filled with coffee and chocolate flavour and are super soft at the same time. I have been making them for years. My favourite!

    great coffee flavor

Kimberly Perry from MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO

Quick, easy, and very good!! Coffee and chocolate are a great combination. I added 1 cup of peanuts to add another texture with chocolate and caramel swirled chips instead of semi-sweet chips. I will definitely make these again!

Very easy recipe. Don't use hot water for the coffee, it does something to the batter. Second batch was much better.

    Mocha Chip Cookies

Lee Anne Hooks from Springville, AL

I couldn't wait to make these cookies for my daughter Pandy who loves coffee flavored desserts. They are excellent. I added 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the recipe and added them at the same time I added the chocolate chips. Don't overcook these cookies! I baked them for only 8 minutes and turned the pan around after the first 4 minutes.

Definitely love the combo of chocolate and coffee, but I do agree with the readers that suggest adding a little less coffee than what is asked for.

    Not for me

    Zach from Orange, CA

Tried the recipe and my cookies were a flat blob; not at all like the picture. So I added 1/4 cup of flour. Worked wonderfully, but didn't like the burnt taste of coffee. Recommend adding less.
