COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Combine Nescafé and water in a medium saucepan; stir until coffee is dissolved. Add granulated sugar and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in morsels until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into prepared baking pan.

BAKE for 30 to 35 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Mocha Brownies

I think these would taste better if I had used 5 tbls of coffee instead of 6. The coffee flavor is a little strong for me. But to break it up a little bit, before I put the pan in the oven, I sprinkled extra chocolate chips on top. It was perfect that way.

these were really good when i made them one night for dessert, i gave some to my cousin's firend's to take home and their parents called me and told me how much they liked them so it was a great thing, i have made other brownies from this web site that were alot better

Mocha Fudge Brownies

These brownies are rich and very good. I highly recommend this recipe.

i mixed the eggs into the flour mixture and added the chocolate into that because I was worried about the eggs cooking in the hot pan, but they still came out amazing!! great coffee flavor!
