    Mocha Brownies

I think these would taste better if I had used 5 tbls of coffee instead of 6. The coffee flavor is a little strong for me. But to break it up a little bit, before I put the pan in the oven, I sprinkled extra chocolate chips on top. It was perfect that way.

i mixed the eggs into the flour mixture and added the chocolate into that because I was worried about the eggs cooking in the hot pan, but they still came out amazing!! great coffee flavor!

My family loves my usual mocha brownies, but this sounded just as tasty and a little easier, so I tried it. Everyone voted it almost as tasty as my usual, and they were glad for a little change of pace.

    Shawni grendz from madison, WI

I liked these brownies a lot. Although my children didn't like them too much. I think its a better recipe for adults.

Too much mocha not enough chocolate

    T Bennett from Marietta, PA

It seems I need to keep searching for a great brownie. This had way too much coffee taste for my family but I did like the cake quality.

    Chocolatey Goodness

    Kathleen Ball from Kelso, WA

I liked the rich flavor that these brownies gave to my taste buds. I had to drink milk with them, so it would be a good idea if you are going to make these and serve them as a desert that you serve them with some vanilla ice cream or if you want a more exotic taste a coffee ice cream will do.

    Tasty

Melissa McClary from Alta Loma, CA

These brownies taste great, but are more like a cake ... not as dense and fudgy as I like my brownies. Adding some frosting would make it a great mocha cake!
