This is one of the best fudge recipes I've seen. Who would have thought cinnamon could be used in fudge? I'm looking forward to making this next month for Christmas gifting.

    Mocha Spice Fudge - Yummy

    Shirley Dunn from Arlington, TX

I made this last night and it had to be the easiest fudge I've ever made. It is excellent. I am going to make another batch and try a little less cinnamon. My family loves coffee so I want the coffee flavor a little stronger.

    Rich and Yummy

I just had my fudge making day and had my official taste tester ( my Dad) over to judge the results. He said that this one was a definite keeper. This was out of the five different kinds I made today. The blend of chocolate and coffee was just right and the hint of Cinnamon gave it that final kick.

Sooooo GOOD. Easy and good, what a combination. Great fudge for my goody baskets. I put each kind of candy, or cookie in a seperate baggy so they stay fresh and do not get soft.

This recipe worked excellent. The crust was crunchy, and the middle nice and soft. Just the way you want a piece of fudge. My husband usually does not like coffee flavor in anything; however, he loved this fudge.

I made this fudge as a treat for the high school Meet the Parent night. It was super easy and not too sweet. The hints of cinnamon and coffee gave it just enough "zip". I used the new bittersweet Chocolatier morsels for a more intense and sophisticated chocolate taste.

This recipe was delicious!!! We omitted the nuts and added cinnamon flavored chips to the top right after we placed it in the pan (before it cooled)......I also used instant espresso (1 and 1/2 T), which gave it a very yummy coffee flavor......this was my favorite of all the tons of fudge I made this holday for all those teacher and co-worker gifts!!!

    Not the Best, but Good

    Hannah Hurey from BOTHELL, WA

The fudge tasted chewey, of course it could be because I boiled it to softball stage as I have a fear of it not setting up properly. The flavor was good, but the cinn. was too strong. Next time I would half the amount.

    So good and easy .....

    Linz m from Seattle, WA

I made this fudge, and yes it was the first time I EVER made fudge. It was easy and turned out great because I followed the directions very closely. I also decided to purchase some instant mocha powdered coffee drink (International Delight to be exact), but i supposed you could use any brand. And I used it to lightly dust the top of the fudge right after i spread it into the pan. It gave the fudge a nice light cocoa color, gave it a much fancier look, turned out perfect.
