Easy-to-make Mocha Topping makes enough to frost two 9-inch cake layers
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon NESCAFÉ TASTER'S CHOICE House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
COMBINE cream cheese, sugar, coffee granules, vanilla extract and salt in medium bowl. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add cream; beat until frosting is of spreading consistency. Makes enough to frost two 8- or 9-inch cake layers. Store in the refrigerator.
