Ingredients:
CAKE
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups Caramel Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE NATURAL BLISS All-Natural Coffee Creamer
3/4 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, finely chopped
FROSTING
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup Caramel Flavor NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE NATURAL BLISS All-Natural Coffee Creamer
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
FOR CAKE:
BEAT brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter in large bowl. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
COMBINE flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in small bowl; mix well. Beat flour mixture into sugar mixture. Add Coffee-mate; mix well. Add morsels; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
BAKE for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
FOR FROSTING:
PREPARE frosting while cake is baking. Beat butter and cocoa in large mixer bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Beat in Coffee-mate and vanilla extract. If frosting is too stiff, add more Coffee-mate.
FROST cooled cake and enjoy!
