Ingredients:
1 package (10 oz.) STOUFFER'S Welsh Rarebit, prepared according to package directions
8 taco shells (12 ct)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
Directions:
Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced ripe olives
HEAT oil in medium skillet. Add onion; cook until tender. Add welsh rarebit, milk, chili powder and chicken. Cook over low heat until heated through.
FILL taco shells with chicken mixture; top with desired toppings.
