Nacho Chicken Tacos are a delicious change of pace from traditional tacos. The filling is also delicious wrapped in warm flour tortillas.
- 1 package (10 oz.) STOUFFER'S Welsh Rarebit, prepared according to package directions
- 8 taco shells (12 ct)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced ripe olives
HEAT oil in medium skillet. Add onion; cook until tender. Add welsh rarebit, milk, chili powder and chicken. Cook over low heat until heated through.
FILL taco shells with chicken mixture; top with desired toppings.
