Ingredients:
Parchment paper
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels, divided
Lollipop sticks
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Decorative candy sprinkles
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl; stir.
BEAT butter, sugar and Nesquik in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup morsels.
SCOOP dough by heaping tablespoon and roll into ball. Place on prepared baking sheet 3 inches apart. Insert lollipop stick halfway into side of dough ball; flatten dough slightly with palm of hand. Repeat with remaining dough.
BAKE for 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp around edges. Cool completely on baking sheets.
MELT remaining 1 cup morsels according to package directions; stir in vegetable oil. Spread over tops of cookies; decorate with candy sprinkles. Allow chocolate to firm up at room temperature. Store in sealed container for up to 3 days.
