These were a big hit with my teaching comrades at a faculty lunch--they all were eaten --- not a chance of having leftovers to take home!

I like these cookies very much. The recipe makes a lot of cookies and they are not too sweet. I have made them with the crunch bar and with just nuts and with vanilla chips. I liked the nuts to best.

    Fun to make!

    Laura Peynado from Tampa, FL

I altered the recipe by adding 1 teaspoon of almond extract and 1 full cup (we like nuts!!) of almonds... They were pretty good, but I noticed that the balls in the oven became cookies when they came out... :( But i'll try them again and see!!! They still tasted really really good and very fun to make!!!

    snowballs

    TINA BUNDY from ANDERSON, SC

On my recipe for these I used 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of almond ext. and 1 to 2 cups of ground pecans (depends on how much you like nuts),after baking, I roll them in powder sugar while they are still hot, then roll them again as the next pan goes into the oven. My husband went nuts, as did his family, they are now begging for more. They taste like the wedding cookies in the store, but much better!

I have made the mini-chip snowball cookies for several years and they have always been a hit. I tried them with the Crunch bars and people liked these just as well if not better. They are a little sweeter than the regular Snowball cookies and most people liked the crunch.
