A rich, chocolate cheesecake that's easy to make and will impress your guests! This no-bake recipe is simple to prepare and makes a perfect make-ahead dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared 9-inch (6 oz.) chocolate crumb crust
  • 8 oz. NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bar, melted per label directions and cooled
  • 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetened whipped cream (optional)

BEAT cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl on high speed for 2 minutes. Add melted chocolate; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

SPOON into crust. Refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream, if desired.

SUPER RICH!

WOW! I made this for a co-workers birthday on Christmas Eve and it was a hit! One of the richest cheesecakes ever!

DELICIOUS!

This Cheese cake recipe has now become my main go to recipe. I altered it just a bit to my own personal tastes but I didnt have to change much and I must admit that I was suprised. I would prefer this flavor and cosistancy over a baked cheese cake. I suggest that you add just a touch more of melted chocolate to the batter. I suggest that you add a tablespoon of granulated sugar into the crushed oreos and butter crust. I suggest that you serve this with lightly sweetened whipped cream and drizzle with warm homemade chocolate ganache thats half milk chocolate and half semi sweet. This recipe rocks.

I found this cheesecake to heavy for my taste. It was very easy to do but feel all the chocolate makes it almost like fudge candy.
